Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

Everything from the room to the breakfast to the facilities it was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the cleaners (One of them was exceptionally nice, I believe his name was Nadir, apologies if that is incorrect), as he always helped us with whatever we needed and made our experience so much better.

Everything was absolutely amazing, what a great place to spend your vacation in. Food was fantastic: lots of choices: meat, fish, sushi, poke bowl, veggies, deserts (over a 100 I think). The room was clean, spacious, there was a bath and a shower. Great pool. The location is exceptional: 5 mins on foot to the beach, ~25-30 mins by taxi to the mall, Burj Khalifa, downtown, Miracle Gardens, etc. The personnel are all stars: in the restaurant they will do everything possible to please you and help you, will ask you at what time they may clean your room, change your towels at the pool once they get wet, open the front doors for you. The hotel organised a birthday party for my daughter who turned 9: baked a non-dairy cake, decorated the room with a sculpture from the towels, ~20 balloons, a flower, a present (also a present for her little brother who will be sad if he doesn’t receive a gift), a candle for the cake with a 9, boxes of homemade chocolates, a colour book custom made for her (they asked what she likes), all of that free of charge because the hotel management wanted her to have a great day. I couldn’t believe it was possible to care so much about the guests. An enormous thank you Movenpick! You are a star! With best regards, irina
